Concept design is a process for creating the complete concept for a service, system or user interface, to guide the implementation of the service.

The basis for concept design is, for example, a business plan, an initial listing of system functionality, or a description of the userbase. Based on the starting-point, an outlined concept document is produced and refined in co-operation with you — until the concept is finegrained enough to be taken into development and eventually into production.

Concept design searches for the most important functionalities or features that are used to define the whole functionality of the service. These features and their implementation are reflected with the needs, customs and knowledge of the userbase. This ensures that the service really meet their requirements.
