Way of Working

Our approach to all of our work is based on understanding our customers’ needs and working with them closely throughout the project.

We believe in open communication and transfer of information. Before we can make justified decisions, we need to understand the business, its challenges, and problems that we are working with. This helps us aim our focus on the correct areas from the beginning and to keep producing quality solutions that address correct challenges.

Projects start with a design phase; we take an in-depth look at the customers business and project requirements, which then allows us to design the skeleton of the system. After that, we work in iterations, designing and implementing the system simultaneously. Iterations allow for a fast feedback loop and almost instant changes to the project scope. During implementation we continually test the system. This culminates in a more thorough testing effort before deployment of the system or handoff to the customer.

Our process is communicative, both internally and externally. We want our customers to participate in both design and development phases of the projects. In this manner, the end result will be better, as we are solving problems that do exist and have real impact on our customer’s business.

We use several tools to manage the communication and to keep all strings in our hands. We will provide access to these systems for our customer’s project teams.
