Janne Kalliola, CEO and founder
Janne is responsible for Exove’s operations, customer relationships and business development. Using his deep and thorough technical expertise, Janne participates on a daily basis with the design and implementation of projects where needed.

Before founding Exove, Janne has led product development in both First Hop, a telecom middleware company, and Continuent Inc. that specialises in high availability databases. He has been responsible for several successful joint projects with Nokia, Siemens and Vodafone. Janne is also an acclaimed publishing technology lecturer in Helsinki University of Technology, and one of the leading XML experts in Finland. He has implemented dozens of web services and sites. He is Master of Science and Licentiate of Technology from Helsinki University of Technology. Besides Exove, Janne is founder of Hohde Consulting ltd. He holds several patents and patent applications related to software technologies.

When not working, Janne enjoys being with his family, reads contemporary literature, and takes photographs.

Thomas Enholm, Chairman of the board and founder
Thomas is a consultation and marketing communications expert who serves as chairman of the board for Exove. In addition to Exove, Thomas has made a long career working for Grey group and as a country manager & consultant for Denmark’s Kunde & Co.

In 2004 Thomas founded Marketing Agency Enholm & Co, which has rapidly risen to one of Finland’s top 50 agencies in the field. Enholm & Co has worked on several consultation and marketing communications projects for e.g. Nokian Tyres, F-Secure, and Valamo monastery. Enholm & Co employs roughly 20 people and works together with Exove at the crossroads of technology and marketing. The companies co-operate closely in client projects.

In his free time Thomas, a father of three, is fond of sports, particularly tennis and downhill skiing.
